Safety: Unplug the unit before working inside the bin.

Clear overflow and adjust water level:

Inspect the overflow drain hole or channel inside the ice compartment. Clear any ice, debris, or scale.
Check the water reservoir for cracks or seams that leak when full. Replace the reservoir if damaged.
Verify the water distributor or spray bar is properly seated and not spraying water outside the evaporator area.
On models with adjustable water level, lower the level slightly according to the service instructions.
Run a test cycle and confirm that water stays within the intended channels.
