Reduce noise sources:

Verify the unit is level and all leveling legs are firmly on the floor.
Check that copper refrigerant lines are not touching the cabinet; gently bend them away to prevent vibration noise.
Listen to identify whether the noise comes from the compressor area or the water valve.
If the water valve buzzes loudly during fill, check water pressure and supply line. Replace the valve if the noise is excessive.
If the compressor hums loudly and occasionally clicks off, the start relay may be failing; replace the compressor start device.
Persistent loud compressor noise may indicate internal failure and require professional replacement.
