Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

• Dry the panel: If condensation or spills are suspected, gently dry the area and allow several hours with the door open.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the UI panel and reseat the flat cable connecting it to the main board.
• Test operation: Restore power and test each button. If some remain unresponsive, replace the UI control panel.
