Noise reduction steps:

• Level the unit: Use a spirit level to ensure the ice maker sits flat. Adjust feet or reposition to eliminate rocking.
• Check for loose panels: Tighten any loose screws on the outer casing that may cause rattling.
• Inspect fan assembly: Remove the rear panel and check that the condenser fan blade is secure on the motor shaft and not hitting any shrouds or wires. Tighten or reposition as needed.
• Examine pump: If noise seems to come from the reservoir, the circulation pump may be cavitating due to low water. Ensure the reservoir is full and that the pump is fully submerged if designed to be.
• Compressor mounts: Inspect rubber grommets under the compressor. If cracked or missing, replace to reduce vibration transfer.
