Water does not fill the ice-making tray or flow over the evaporator.

Safety: Unplug the unit and drain water before removing hoses.

Restoring water flow:

• Check reservoir level: Ensure there is enough water to submerge the pump intake.
• Clean intake screen: Remove and clean any screen or filter at the pump inlet.
• Straighten hoses: Inspect internal hoses for kinks or pinches and reposition as needed.
• Prime the pump: After draining, refill the reservoir and tilt the unit slightly to help remove trapped air from the pump.
• Replace pump: If the pump does not run or move water despite power, replace the circulation pump.
