Ice maker leaks water onto the floor from underneath.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and shut off the water supply immediately to prevent further leakage.

• Inspect external connections: Check the water supply hose at the rear of the unit. Tighten the compression nut and replace washers if dripping.
• Check internal hoses: Remove panels and visually inspect all hoses from the inlet valve to the reservoir and pump. Replace any that are cracked or swollen.
• Examine reservoir: Look for hairline cracks or seams leaking when the tank is full. Replace the reservoir if damaged.
• Clear drains: Ensure the internal drain channel and external hose are not blocked, which can cause overflow.
• Dry the base: Mop up any water in the base tray and verify that the overflow float (if present) moves freely.
