Ice cubes are oversized, fused together, or form large slabs that jam the bin.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and close the water supply valve.

• Inspect cubes: Remove any large fused ice from the bin and discard.
• Check water level: Observe the water level in the reservoir or on the evaporator during fill. If it is too high, adjust the water level control per the service manual.
• Test inlet valve: If water continues to trickle into the unit when it should be off, the valve is leaking internally and must be replaced.
• Verify harvest timing: Ensure the harvest cycle occurs promptly after freezing. If the evaporator stays frozen too long, check the evaporator thermostat or thermistor.
• Re-test cube size: After adjustments or part replacement, run multiple cycles and confirm cubes are properly sized and separate easily.
