Ice cubes are too small, thin, or hollow, even though the machine runs without error codes.

Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water supply valve.

• Clean inlet screen: Remove and rinse the mesh filter at the water inlet valve.
• Check water pressure: Ensure household water pressure meets Hansa's minimum requirement. Avoid using self-piercing saddle valves.
• Clean distribution tray: Remove the tray or spray bar above the evaporator and scrub away scale so water flows evenly across the surface.
• Adjust water level (if adjustable): Some models allow water level adjustment via a screw or menu setting. Follow the service manual to set the correct level.
• Test after adjustment: Run several cycles and inspect cube size; fine-tune if necessary.
