Ice cubes stick together in large clumps in the basket

Steps:

• Break up clumps: Gently break apart clumped ice with the scoop before use.
• Use ice promptly: Transfer ice to a freezer if it will not be used within a short time.
• Reduce humidity: Avoid placing the unit near steam sources (dishwasher, stove).
• Do not overfill: Remove ice regularly so it does not pile up against the ice full sensor and warm air.

Clumping is generally normal behavior for non-freezer ice storage and does not indicate a component failure.
