How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug before removing the top or front panel.

Troubleshooting:

  • Confirm mode and settings: Ensure the unit is not in a cleaning or standby mode. Try switching cube size and then pressing Start again.
  • Check for lock function: Some models have a child lock or key combination; verify it is not engaged per the user manual.
  • Inspect control panel: Remove the top/front cover to access the control PCB. Check that the ribbon cable to the main board is firmly connected.
  • Test button response: With the unit reassembled and powered, press other buttons (size, power) to see if they respond. If only Start fails, the switch on the UI board may be defective.

Repair: Replacing the user interface board or membrane switch assembly is usually required if buttons do not register. If no buttons work, suspect the main control board or power to the UI.
