How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Disconnect power before opening the control panel.
- Dry the panel: If condensation or spills are present, dry thoroughly and correct any gasket or sealing issues.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Carefully disconnect and reconnect the keypad ribbon cable at both ends.
- Test buttons: With power restored, test each button. If some remain unresponsive, the keypad membrane is likely failing.
- Replace keypad/display: Install a new Hoshizaki keypad or display assembly if available.
