Display is dim, flickering, or segments are missing, but unit still runs

Safety: Unplug the ice maker before removing the control panel.

• 1. Reseat display cable: Remove the front panel and reseat the ribbon cable between the display and main PCB.
• 2. Inspect for moisture: Look for signs of condensation or corrosion on the display board. Dry thoroughly and clean light corrosion.
• 3. Measure supply voltage: With caution and the unit powered, verify the display is receiving the correct low voltage from the main PCB. If low, suspect the main PCB.
• 4. Replace display: If the display remains dim or missing segments, replace the display PCB or entire user interface assembly.
