Ice maker is very noisy during operation (grinding, rattling, or buzzing)

Safety: Unplug the unit before touching moving parts.

• 1. Level the cabinet: Use a spirit level and adjust the leveling feet so the Iceman unit is stable and does not rock.
• 2. Inspect fans: Remove panels and check condenser and internal fans for loose blades or contact with wiring or shrouds. Tighten mounting screws and reposition wires.
• 3. Check pumps: Listen near the circulation and drain pumps. If grinding or rattling is localized there, remove and inspect for debris in the impeller housing. Clean or replace the pump.
• 4. Compressor mounts: Ensure rubber grommets on the compressor are intact and that copper lines are not touching the cabinet and vibrating. Gently bend lines away from contact points.
