Ice maker produces hollow or very thin ice cubes/slabs

Safety: Disconnect power and water before disassembly.

• 1. Verify water pressure: Ensure the supply line is 1/4" or larger and not shared with high-demand appliances. If pressure is low, correct plumbing issues.
• 2. Replace or bypass filter: If your Iceman has an external or internal water filter, replace it. Temporarily bypass to test if ice thickness improves.
• 3. Clean level and thickness sensors: Remove scale from the water level sensor and ice thickness probe using approved cleaner. Rinse thoroughly.
• 4. Adjust thickness (if adjustable): Follow the service manual to slightly increase the ice thickness setting. Make small adjustments and observe several cycles.
