Ice maker will not start at all, but display lights up and responds

Safety: Ensure hands are dry when operating controls.

• 1. Check bin position: Remove and firmly reinstall the ice bin to ensure it engages any bin-present switch.
• 2. Verify bin not full: Confirm the bin is empty or low. Clean the bin full sensor and ensure it is not blocked.
• 3. Cancel delay/standby: Review the control panel for any delay start or standby indicators and cancel them per the user manual.
• 4. Door/panel switches: If your model has a door or service panel switch, ensure the panel is fully closed and the switch is depressed. Test the switch for continuity and replace if faulty.
