Safety first: Unplug the unit before touching the fan or compressor area.

Level the unit: Place the Igloo ice maker on a solid, level surface. Adjust its position until it does not rock.
Check external vibration: Ensure the unit is not touching walls or other appliances that can amplify vibration.
Inspect fan blade: Remove the rear panel and check that the fan blade is firmly attached to the motor shaft and not cracked. Tighten or replace as needed.
Check fan motor: Spin the fan by hand. If it feels rough or squeals, replace the condenser fan motor.
Inspect compressor mounts: Verify the rubber grommets under the compressor are intact and that mounting bolts are snug but not overtightened.
