Possible Causes
Unit not level, missing or hardened rubber feet, compressor vibration, internal components loose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before lifting or tilting it.
- Level the appliance: Use a small level or a glass of water on top of the unit. Adjust its position until it is level front-to-back and side-to-side.
- Check rubber feet: Inspect the bottom feet. Replace any missing or hardened feet with compatible rubber pads to absorb vibration.
- Secure internal parts: Remove the rear panel and check that the compressor, fan, and tray motor are firmly mounted. Tighten any loose screws.
- Isolate the unit: Place a thin rubber mat under the ice maker to reduce transmitted vibration to the countertop.
