Internal Drip / Poor Drainage
Water appears inside the ice storage bin or under the ice basket, causing ice to clump together.

Possible Causes
Meltwater drain blocked, ice tray not tilting correctly, excessive condensation, misaligned ice chute
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing internal parts.
- Empty and dry bin: Remove the ice basket, discard clumped ice, and dry the bin thoroughly.
- Check meltwater drain: Locate the small drain opening or channel under the evaporator area. Clear any ice, scale, or debris blocking it using a soft brush or pipe cleaner.
- Inspect ice tray movement: Run a cycle while observing the tray. Ensure it tilts fully to release ice and returns to the correct position. If it stops short, check for obstructions or mechanical damage.
- Clean interior surfaces: Wipe interior walls and the underside of the lid to reduce condensation dripping into the bin.
- Verify basket position: Make sure the ice basket is seated correctly so meltwater drains to the reservoir, not into the bin.
