Control panel lights up but none of the buttons respond

Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

• Soft reset: Disconnect power for 5–10 minutes to allow the control to fully reset, then restore power.
• Dry the panel: If the issue followed cleaning, allow the panel to dry completely. Remove the bezel and gently air-dry the area.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Carefully unplug and reconnect the flat cable between the UI and main board.
• Replace UI board: If the panel remains unresponsive, replace the user interface board assembly.
