• Test drain pump (if present): If your model has a pump, access it from the rear or bottom. Check for obstructions in the impeller. Test motor resistance; replace the drain pump if open or seized.
• Verify external plumbing: Ensure the drain line is properly routed to a standpipe or sink and not submerged in standing water, which can cause backflow.
