How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before unplugging or plugging any control cables.
- Reseat connectors: Remove the control panel and access the main control board. Unplug and firmly reconnect the communication harness between the UI and main board.
- Inspect cable: Look for pinched, cut, or corroded wires. Replace the harness if any damage is found.
- Board isolation: If possible, substitute a known-good user interface board. If E19 persists, the main control board is likely faulty and should be replaced.
- Power reset: After reseating and/or replacing parts, unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then restore power to clear the error.
