• Check tray motion: Manually rotate the tray to ensure it can move through its full range without binding.
• Restart and observe: Plug in and watch a full cycle. If ice still clings excessively, the timing or temperature sensing may be off, indicating a possible thermistor or control board issue.
• Replace worn parts: If the tray motor stalls or does not fully invert, replace the ice tray motor assembly.
