How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit and drain water before removing the pump.
- Remove debris: Access the pump at the bottom of the reservoir. Remove the pump cover and clear any debris, scale, or plastic pieces from the impeller.
- Free impeller: Gently spin the impeller by hand to ensure it moves freely. If it is seized, the pump should be replaced.
- Re-seat pump: Reinstall the pump cover and ensure the pump is seated correctly in its mounting bracket.
- Prime pump: Refill the reservoir and tilt the unit slightly to help remove trapped air from the pump.
- Replace pump: If the pump still does not run or P1 returns, install a new Kismile circulation pump.
