Ice maker produces ice, but cubes are very small or hollow.

Safety: Unplug the unit and drain water before disassembling water components.

• Check water level: Ensure the reservoir is filled to the MAX line with clean water.
• Clean pump and distribution: Remove the ice basket and access the water pump and distribution tube above the evaporator. Clean any scale or slime from the tube holes using a soft brush or toothpick.
• Descale system: Run a cleaning cycle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (per Kismile instructions) to dissolve mineral deposits.
• Inspect inlet valve (if plumbed): Clean the inlet screen and verify adequate water pressure.
