Self-clean cycle will not start or aborts with error

Safety: Disconnect power and turn off water before servicing. Use only approved ice machine cleaner.

• Verify water supply: Ensure the water supply is on and pressure is adequate before starting a clean cycle.
• Check reservoir: Confirm the reservoir fills properly. If not, address inlet valve or float issues first.
• Inspect circulation pump: Access the pump and check for obstructions or scale buildup. Clean the pump housing and impeller.
• Run manual clean: Mix cleaner per instructions, fill reservoir manually if needed, and run a manual clean cycle if your model allows.
• Control reset: Disconnect power for 5 minutes to reset the control. If the error persists, the control board may need replacement.
