How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the Klarstein ice maker before opening the control housing.

  • Dry the panel: If the panel is wet from cleaning or spills, unplug the unit and allow it to dry for 24 hours in a warm, dry room.
  • Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the control panel cover and reseat the flat ribbon cable between the keypad/display and main PCB.
