• Clean sensor: Wipe the ice level sensor windows with a soft cloth to remove frost or mineral film.
• Check alignment: Ensure the emitter and receiver are directly facing each other and not blocked by bin components.
• Test sensor: With the bin full, observe if the sensor LED (if visible) changes state. If not, the sensor may be faulty.
• Replace sensor: Install a new Koldfront-compatible ice level sensor assembly if cleaning and alignment do not restore function.
