How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety First: Unplug the unit and turn off the water supply immediately to prevent damage and electrical hazards.

Steps to locate and fix leak:

Inspect supply line: Check the connection at the rear of the unit and at the shutoff valve. Tighten compression fittings and replace damaged tubing.
Check inlet valve: Remove the rear panel and look for drips around the water inlet valve body and connections. Replace the valve if it leaks from the body.
Inspect internal hoses: Follow hoses from the valve to the reservoir and pump. Tighten or replace hose clamps and any cracked hoses.
Examine reservoir: Look for cracks or seams leaking water. Replace the reservoir if damaged.
Dry and test: Thoroughly dry the area, restore water and power, and monitor for further leaks.

Ice maker leaks water onto the floor from the bottom or back.
