Ice cubes are cloudy or white instead of clear.

Note: Cloudy ice is usually not a functional problem but a cosmetic one.

• Use filtered water: Ensure the LG water filter is installed and not bypassed.
• Flush line: Dispense several gallons of water to remove trapped air.
• Adjust freezer temperature: Set freezer closer to 0°F (-18°C) if it is much colder, to moderate freezing speed.
• Consider external filtration: For very hard water, use an external softener or filtration system.
