Liebherr ice maker does not dispense ice from the bin (for models with internal auger or dispenser)

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before reaching into the ice bin or near moving parts.

• Break up ice: Remove the bin and break apart any clumped ice. Wash and dry the bin if necessary.
• Inspect auger: Check the auger inside the bin for cracks or broken welds. Ensure it rotates freely by hand.
• Check drive coupling: Inspect the coupling between the bin and the drive motor in the freezer. Replace if worn or stripped.
• Test motor: Restore power and activate the dispenser (if present) while listening for the auger motor. If it hums but does not turn, or is silent, the motor may be defective and require replacement.
