Liebherr ice maker not producing any ice at all; no error code displayed

Safety first: Do not attempt internal electrical repairs with the unit plugged in.

• Confirm ice maker is ON: On the control panel, verify the ice maker icon is illuminated or the menu setting is enabled.
• Check water supply: Ensure the household shutoff valve is open and the water line to the Liebherr appliance is not kinked.
• Verify freezer temperature: Set the freezer to -18°C and allow 24 hours. Ice production will not start if the compartment is too warm.
• Inspect ice bin and mechanism: Remove the bin and check for obvious damage or dislodged parts. Reinstall the bin fully.
• Reset the appliance: Unplug for 5–10 minutes, then reconnect. If there is still no ice after 24 hours and all conditions are correct, the ice maker assembly or control board may be defective and require service.
