Ice cubes are very small, hollow, or melt quickly in the bin.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and shut off water before adjusting internal components.

• Check water pressure: Ensure strong flow from the supply line. If weak, correct plumbing issues upstream.
• Clean inlet valve screen: Remove and rinse the mesh screen at the water inlet valve.
• Adjust thickness probe: Set the ice thickness sensor to the factory position so cubes are not prematurely harvested.
• Bin conditions: Verify the bin door or lid closes fully and that warm air is not leaking into the bin area.
