• Descale evaporator and water system: Run a full clean cycle with Manitowoc ice machine cleaner, focusing on the evaporator, water trough, and distribution tube. Follow with a sanitize cycle.
• Check water filter and pressure: Replace the water filter and verify adequate flow. Low flow extends freeze time and reduces capacity.
• Verify ambient conditions: Ensure the room temperature and incoming water temperature are within Manitowoc specifications. Reduce heat sources near the machine.
