Ice maker will not power on at all (no lights, no display).

Safety first: Use caution when working with electrical circuits. Turn off the breaker before opening electrical compartments.

Steps:

• Check breaker and outlet: Verify the circuit breaker is not tripped and that the outlet has correct voltage using a meter or by plugging in another device.
• Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or loose connections at the strain relief and terminal block. Replace a damaged power cord.
• Check internal fuses: Some Manitowoc models have internal fuses on the control board. Test and replace if blown, using the same rating.
• Inspect control board: If power is present at the board but there are no lights or response, the main control board may be failed and require replacement.
