Steps:

Clean the sensor of any scale or slime and ensure it contacts or measures the ice correctly.
Adjust the sensor to a thinner setting if the model allows.
Check the harvest mechanism (if mechanical) for binding or ice buildup that could delay harvest. Clean and ensure free movement.
If adjustments do not correct the issue, the control board’s harvest timing may be faulty and require replacement.
