Ice maker makes ice but the cubes or nuggets are too small or thin.

Steps:

• Check the water reservoir during operation to ensure it is filling to the correct level. If low, inspect the water level sensor/float and clean or replace it.
• Verify household water pressure and correct any supply issues.
• Inspect and clean the water distribution tube or spray bar above the evaporator plate to ensure even water flow.
• Adjust the ice thickness sensor (if adjustable) to allow a slightly thicker ice slab before harvest, following Marvel’s service instructions.
