Possible Causes

Ice level sensor not detecting full bin, thermistor out of calibration, control board logic fault, ambient temperature too high

Steps:

Confirm that the bin actually fills with ice. If not, address low ice production issues first.
Inspect and clean the ice level sensor or bin thermistor. Replace if it does not change reading when ice is present.
Verify that the ambient temperature is within Marvel’s specified range.
