Safety first: Unplug the unit before adjusting sensors.

• Adjust thickness control: Reduce the ice thickness setting slightly and monitor results over several cycles.
• Clean thickness probe: Remove scale from the probe so it can accurately sense the ice slab.
• Check water flow: Ensure the water distribution is even; clean the spray bar or distribution tube.
• Replace probe: If adjustments have no effect, replace the ice thickness sensor/probe.
