Ice cubes are too large or fused together in sheets

Safety: Disconnect power and water before adjustments.

• Inspect water level: Observe the water level in the evaporator tray during a cycle. It should match the level indicated in the manual.
• Check for valve leakage: With the unit off, watch for water slowly seeping into the tray. If so, the inlet valve is leaking and must be replaced.
• Adjust thickness setting: Reduce the ice thickness setting if your model provides this option.
• Clean sensors: Clean the ice thickness probe and water level sensor to ensure accurate readings.
