Water pump runs but no water reaches the evaporator

Safety: Unplug and shut off water before disassembly.

• Bleed air: Remove the reservoir cover and ensure the pump intake is fully submerged. Tilt the unit slightly to release trapped air.
• Clean spray bar: Remove the spray nozzle or distribution tube and soak in descaling solution. Use a soft brush to clear all holes.
• Inspect hoses: Straighten any kinks and replace brittle or collapsed hoses.
• Descale system: Run a full descaling cycle to remove internal mineral deposits.
