Safety: Disconnect power before accessing sensors or fans.

• Check door gasket: Inspect the ice compartment and main door gaskets for tears or gaps. Replace if not sealing properly.
• Verify fan operation: Ensure the ice compartment fan runs consistently when cooling is demanded. Replace if intermittent.
• Test mold sensor: Locate the sensor attached to or near the ice mold. Measure resistance at different temperatures and compare to spec. Replace if out of range.
• Observe cycles: After any repair, monitor several ice cycles. If cubes remain wet or malformed, the control board may be mis-timing the freeze/harvest cycle and require replacement.

Note: Avoid frequent door openings during testing, as this affects temperature stability.
