Safety: Disconnect power before cleaning sensors.

• Check bin position: Ensure the ice bin is fully seated and correctly aligned with the level sensor.
• Clean sensor: Gently clean optical sensor windows with a soft, lint-free cloth. Remove any reflective packaging or debris near the sensor.
• Test sensor: In service mode, observe the sensor status while covering/uncovering it. Replace the sensor if it does not change state.
• Control board: If the sensor works but the ice maker still does not stop, the control board may be defective and require replacement.

Note: Overfilling can stress the auger and cause jams; address promptly.
