How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Immediately turn off the water supply and disconnect power.
- Inspect supply hose: Check the entire length of the hose from the shutoff valve to the appliance for cracks, bulges, or loose connections. Replace if damaged.
- Check inlet fittings: At the back of the unit, inspect the plastic inlet fitting and valve for signs of dripping or mineral deposits. Tighten connections gently.
- Test under pressure: Place a dry paper towel under suspect areas, turn water back on, and watch for dampness.
- Replace leaking parts: If the valve body or fitting is cracked or seeping, replace with the correct Miele-approved component.
