Buttons on the control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety First: Disconnect power before servicing the control panel.

• Control lock: Verify that the control lock feature is not enabled. Refer to the user manual to disable it.
• Reseat harness: Remove the control panel and reseat the harness or ribbon cable connecting it to the main board.
• Inspect for damage: Look for cracks or moisture on the touchpad surface.
• Replace UI: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the user interface control panel.
