• Check door seal: Inspect the bin door gasket for gaps, tears, or debris. Clean the gasket and mating surfaces with warm soapy water.
• Verify ventilation: Ensure the front grille is not blocked and that the condenser is clean to maintain proper cooling.
• Ambient temperature: Confirm the room temperature is within Monogram's recommended range. Very warm rooms will cause faster ice melt.
• Internal temperature: If the bin remains warm despite good airflow and sealing, a refrigeration or control issue may exist and should be evaluated by a technician.
