Ice maker produces ice, but ice production is very slow compared to normal.

• Clean condenser: Remove the front grille and thoroughly clean the condenser coil with a brush and vacuum.
• Improve ventilation: Ensure the unit has proper clearance and is not installed in a confined, overheated space.
• Descale system: Run a full cleaning and descaling cycle using Monogram-approved cleaner to remove mineral buildup from the evaporator and water passages.
• Check circulation pump: If water flow over the evaporator appears weak, consider replacing the water circulation pump.
