Possible Causes
Tripped circuit breaker, faulty wall outlet, damaged power cord, failed main control board fuse or power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Before touching wiring, turn off the breaker. Use a non-contact voltage tester if available.
- Check breaker and outlet: Verify the dedicated breaker is ON and not tripped. Plug a lamp or small appliance into the same outlet to confirm power.
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or crushed sections. If damaged, replace the power cord with the correct Monogram part.
- Internal fuse: With power disconnected, remove the control cover and check for an internal line fuse on the main control board. Replace only with the same rating if blown, and investigate why it failed.
- Board replacement: If the fuse is good and power is present at the board input but the unit remains dead, the main control board power supply is likely failed and should be replaced.
