Control panel buttons are unresponsive or only some buttons work intermittently.

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

Steps:

• Dry the panel: If condensation or spills have reached the panel, gently dry the area with a soft cloth and allow time for moisture to evaporate.
• Check cable: Reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad and main board.
• Inspect keypad: Look for cracks or delamination of the membrane. Replace the keypad or entire UI board if damaged.

Note: Avoid spraying cleaners directly onto the control panel; apply to a cloth first.
