Northair ice maker is leaking water onto the countertop or floor during or after operation.

Safety: Unplug the unit and turn off the water supply. Mop up any standing water to prevent slipping.

Leak tracing:

• Check external connections: Inspect the water inlet hose at both the faucet and the rear of the ice maker. Tighten connections and replace washers if needed.
• Inspect reservoir and hoses: Remove the cover and look for drips while slowly pouring water into the reservoir. Check all internal hoses, clamps, and the reservoir for cracks.
• Examine drain system: Ensure the drain hose is properly attached and not split or kinked. Replace damaged hoses and secure with new clamps.
• Test after repair: Refill with water, restore power, and observe a full cycle to confirm the leak is resolved.

Tip: Do not overfill the reservoir beyond the indicated max line; this can cause overflow leaks.
