Possible Causes
Unit not level, Uneven or unstable countertop, Loose internal mounting hardware, Imbalanced fan or compressor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before adjusting feet or accessing internal components.
Steps:
- Level the unit: Use a bubble level on top of the ice maker. Adjust the front and rear feet (if adjustable) until the unit is level side-to-side and front-to-back.
- Stabilize surface: Ensure the countertop is solid and not flexing. Avoid placing the unit on soft mats that can amplify vibration.
- Check internal mounts: Remove panels and verify that the compressor and fan assemblies are securely mounted. Tighten any loose bolts.
- Inspect fan blades: Replace any fan blade that is cracked or significantly out of balance.
Tip: Adding thin rubber pads under the feet can help dampen minor vibrations.
